MY STORY

I have been in RCM and Billing, Credentialing and Management for 25 years. I eat, drink and sleep Medical Billing and Revenue Optimization!
I am a Certified Professional Practice Manager, Certified EHR Specialist, Certified Billing and Coding Specialist, Certified Medical Administrative Assistant and Registered Medical Assistant. I also hold certification as a HUD Certified Occupancy Specialist, assisting single mom families with affordable housing, training and work. I've worked every medical office position, from the front desk to pioneering a low income women's OB/GYN clinic, to teaching Administrative Medical Billing and Clinical Assisting, to my most recent position, managing the RCM, Billing and Finance Department for a large Multi-Specialty Office of 24 providers. After my position was eliminated due to financial cuts, I threw around the idea of starting my own billing and RCM consulting business but it was a leap of faith I wasn't sure I could take at the time. My son ,Ty, always seeing the good in situations, encouraged me to just do it. He believed I could.
On August 30th, I lost my Ty in a motorcycle accident. It was the most devastating loss of my life. Inspired by his belief in seeing the goodness in all things and his belief in me, I took that leap of faith and opened TAMMBRCM, naming it after my son, Tyler Anthony Micele Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management Service. Ty was my rainbow baby, my bright sunshine, his smile lit up the room. I choose to live in the sunshine of his life instead of the darkness and despair of his passing. My commitment to you is to be a beacon of light in an ever-changing, complex world of insurance billing, provider credentialing and Revenue Cycle Management.
